SafeSyt HR provides cloud-based HR management including attendance tracking, payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance tools for Malaysian businesses.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each company account is managed by a designated HR administrator.
The free plan (up to 5 workers) includes basic attendance, payroll, and leave management. It is provided at no cost with limited features and no guaranteed SLA.
Paid subscriptions are billed yearly at RM5/worker/month. Payments are processed via ToyyibPay. Refunds are available within 14 days if no payroll has been processed.
While we strive for accuracy in statutory calculations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), employers are ultimately responsible for verifying payroll figures before submission to authorities.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, company data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
SafeSyt Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
