SafeSyt Hub (SSM: 202603133979) ("we", "us") operates SafeSyt HR. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We collect: name, phone, IC number, email, attendance records (GPS coordinates, selfie images), payroll information, leave records, and claim receipts — only as needed to provide HR services to your employer.
Data is used solely to: process attendance, calculate payroll, manage leave, generate statutory reports (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB), and send notifications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
All data is stored on AWS servers in Singapore (ap-southeast-1) with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain data for the duration of employment plus 7 years (per Malaysian tax law requirements).
Under PDPA 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@safesyt.com.
